Dr Rosales and myself have been working on the promotion of water buffalo in Costa Rica since years ago.
Actually the university I represent have organized for the last 5 years a National Water Buffalo Seminar.
The aim is to allow farmers to know the water buffalo as an alternative to produce meat, milk and traction; so derivatives as fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh curd and meats products.
